Nose: Brown sugar, smoked bacon, sea salt, lightly peat.
Palate: Salty on arrival and gradually into white pepper, cinnamon and caraways.
Finish: Medium. Tame smoke with balances of caramel sweetness, toffee pudding, saltiness disappeared with tannins sourly.
