Caol Ila 20 yo 1995 Signatory Vintage, Straight From The Cask

Nose: Moderately strong oak, lightly smoke, creamy berry, caramel, gentle sea air, soft Caol Ila peat, cedar, pine.
 
Palate: The cask strength sweetness arrived up front, slowly joined by a thick layer of oak with berry underneath that continue to the back, but not very tannic, with classic Caol Ila peat and pine orchestrating through the wood.
 
Finish: Long. Solid oak, pine resin, peat. Sweetness and oak become more elegance, peat and berries lingering till the end.
