Nose: Pears, apples, waxy, rubber-ish, and leathery presented immediately. Breath inside Glencairn glass for 20 minutes: walnuts, manuka honey, chrysanthemum and some berry fruits. With water: limestone, lemons, limes, more apples and touches of minerality. Perhaps some seashell in the background. (86/100)

Palate: Lively and energetic on arrival. Slightly minty, sweetness of honey, waxy and cranberries on the first sip. Second sip unveil lemons, miso umami, pineapples, citrus fruits zestiness. With water: citronella stem, tangerines and maybe some hints of nutmeg. (86/100)

Finish: Fairly long with some dryness. Clean, lemon zesty, canned fruits galore. A wee bit pinch of salt at the end of aftertaste makes this distillate interesting. (85/100)

Overall: A very compelling, riveting and fascinating dram. Just a little bit dryness in the finish prevent it from going over par. (86/100)
