Edradour 10 Years Old

Edradour 10. Some mysterious hidden bar in busan. Nose: honey and sherry, light. Palate: very light, very sweet, honey, sherry, slight chocolate/caramel, hints of vanilla, something slightly spicy like nutmeg. Finish: non-existent, dry. This dram was a basic sherry cask, couldn't really taste the bourbon cask influence, was more like smooth honey than anything else. A little boring, a little one-dimensional... but a good start to a 3 dram tasting from the smallest distillery in the Highlands.
