This description is a continuation from the "four ten-thousand" bottle. After all players have 13 tiles (or whatever number of tiles for their variant), they line them up face foward in front of themselves, this way other players cannot see each other players' hands. Each player then sets aside the "flowers" and "seasons" tiles face up to show everyone. These tiles act as sort of filler tiles that gives the owner points at the end. Then each player, starting from the "East" seat, draws the equivalent number of flowers and seasons tiles from the "tail" end of the tile wall (note players drew tiles from the "head" of the tile wall). Continue next time.

Nose: freshly ground low grade coffee, toffee, cocktail cherries, cough syrup, chocolate, wax, major dried plums, super dehydrated raisins, dried figs, dried peach-like fruits, prune juice? More like chocolate covered overdue prunes with juice leaking out. This seems like an extreme, aged sherry type, but not as extreme as the Kavalan boxes. With water, its still super potent, but now it smells more like raisins than killer red and purple fruit.

Palate: thick, viscous, dry, its a super sherry that borders between super dried, concentrated fruits and wet old steamed lotus leaves. That wet old steamed lotus leaves flavor profile is an extrapolation of super sherry, too dry and too mature, basically nothing but the essence of wine. Viney, vegetative, fruits without the sweet juice. Back palate has a flash of that wet old steamed lotus leaves profile. With water it becomes super spicey, dry woody sherry is also there but now its more bitter, like eating a root or a fresh vine.

Finish: long, very dry, clean, slightly smokey, burnt wood, burnt parts of BBQ. With water, the finish becomes short to medium, more strong, dry sherry oriented, still a potent finish.
