Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey. 100% corn mashbill.

This description is a continuation from the "five ten-thousand" bottle. After all players have replaced their "flowers" and "seasons" tiles with the standard tiles to create a hand of 13 tiles (or whatever number of tiles for their variant), each player has an additional option of declaring that they have 4 tiles of the same object (number/suit). For example, if a player has 4 of the East Wind (shown above), then that player can remove the 4 tiles face down from their hand, to the side with the "flowers" and "seasons". Once they do that, the player must take an additional tile from the tail end. This is to help keep the number of tiles eligible for winning at the end. In somw formats, doing this gets you points. Continue next time.

Nose: light gas, moderate vanilla, light fruits, buttered scallops, light buttered corn, like a light perfume, I've had a few bourbons with this similar nose profile. Adding some water turns it into marshmallows, light cream, still some vanilla.

Palate: super dry, cooling, full of spices, sharp, can't tell if its abv burn or anything, sweet, back palate is all bourbon spice. After some water it starts off sweet, vanilla, mellow, but then quickly turns into a spice monster with noteworthy vine and earthy aspects, like fresh top soil for the garden.

Finish: medium to long, buttery, spicey, super dry. Water makes it more strong and more spicey.

Jesus Christ this is a spicey bourbon! Super dry too. I guess at such a high abv it's going to be super dry. Supposedly its bourbon in ex-bourbon barrels.

Grade: C
