Was lucky to grab this inaugural bottling from Lochlea late last month and tried a sample on the Burns night release whilst I was at a tasting at Milroy's in Soho. Not your typical lowland single malt; Very fruity on the nose, again quite sweet on the palate with that caramel coming through.
Looking forward to what else is to come from Lochlea, will definitely be picking up any future releases.
