Mars Maltage 'Cosmo' - (nose) smells sweet, (taste) subdued honey but dominant, light smoke, light dried fruit, slightly spicey. (Finish) short to non existent. Definitely some subtle stuff going on, quite enjoyable. Will have to look into the Hombo Mars lineup. Reminds me of a more controlled jack daniels Tennessee honey, but consciously holds back.... which is a good thing because tennessee honey is like liquid diabetes. Mars is such a mysterious distillery because, essentially, none of their material is in English. They stuff that is in English is a littlr weird and how they make their product line is starnge too "Maltage" is a product line...
