This description is a continuation from the "three ten-thousand" bottle. After the two story walls are setup, 3 (or 2) dice are rolled, into the square formed by the four tile walls, to determine who starts and from where. The total of all upward dice faces is counted and treated as the "dice total". The player that starts first is determined by counting counterclockwise the dice total in players  starting from the East seat (E-S-W-N). That player cuts the tiles by counting the dice total in 2-tile stacks from the right of the tile wall. Then each player draws, in a counterclockwise sequence, 4 tiles, 2 from the top row and 2 from the bottom row, until they have 12 tiles in front of them. Then each player picks 1 tile, top, bottom, top, bottom, until each player has 13 tiles. In some variants, players draw more than 13 tiles.

Nose: like extremely watered down smoke, reveals apples, like ancient Los Angeles tap water, cheap comes to mind.

Palate: heavy smoked wood, some honey, like honey bbq sauce.

Finish: a little dry, toasted almonds, toasted wood.

The bartender warned me that this would be super smokey, but it wasn't. Maybe I've had too much at this point? Pretty intense, liked the main body, a lot of non-fruit sweet elements. Just the nose was a little off. Could feel the strength of the alcohol. Water made everything more balanced. Except for the nose (which I believe might have been peated given the nose... but more like the peat "degraded" with time), I liked this one.

Grade: B
