Nose: Orange, apple, pear, almond, toffee, honey. Very very citrusy, hints of smoke and peat. Sea breeze, salty, seaweed hidden underneath.

Palate: The 5S’s - Sweet, sour, savoury, salty and spicy! Followed by brisk smokes and peat gradually faded into chimney ash, light floral and vanilla.

Finish: Medium, lingering salted woodsmoke, iodine like medicinal, eucalyptus, brine and liquorice.
