Shipping policy

Who do you contact for Shipping Enquiries?

 

Delivery of most products is handled directly by the third party supplier of the product, not by 88 Bamboo.

If you ordered a product from a third party supplier and have a shipping enquiry, we suggest directing your enquiry to the supplier directly.

  

 

Shipping fees

We use third party service providers to ship to you.

You are responsible for:

• paying any liquor duties levied by the customs authorities of your country, if you are located outside of Singapore.  
• if your post code or town falls within DHL's Remote Area List, paying the DHL remote area surcharge. You will be contacted shortly after your purchase from our website to pay the remote area surcharge.

If the above charges are not paid, the items would not be able to reach you. 

If your items are being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over customs charges or the actions of these authorities. You may wish to make enquiries with your local customs authorities for more information. 

Do we ship to places outside Singapore?

 

Yes, we do for most products! After you have added your preferred product to the Cart, the exact list of places that we deliver to is available on a drop-down menu on the Check Out page. Certain products may not be available in certain places.

Generally, we ship to the following places:

Asia-Pacific

• Australia
• Cambodia
• Hong Kong SAR
• Indonesia (Due to prevailing laws, we would not be able to ship standard 750 ml bottles of alcohol to Indonesia. For each order, we are only able to ship up to 10 dram-sized bottles. We apologise for cancelling any orders above the limit.)
• Japan
• South Korea (Due to prevailing laws, for each order, we are only able to ship EITHER 10 dram-sized bottles OR one standard 750 ml bottle of alcohol to South Korea. We apologise for cancelling any orders above the limit.)
• Malaysia (Due to prevailing laws, for each order, we are only able to ship EITHER 10 dram-sized bottles OR one standard 750 ml bottle of alcohol to Malaysia. We apologise for cancelling any orders above the limit.)

• Philippines
• Taiwan
• Thailand

Europe

• Belgium
• Denmark
• Germany
• Ireland
• Netherlands
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom

You are solely responsible for customs clearance, brokerage and payment of liquor duties.
