와일드 에일과 같은 맥주들을 많이 만들길 기대합니다!
한국은 특히 전통 주류의 역사를 고려한다면 와일드에일 분야에서 더 큰 존재감이 필요한 곳이라고 생각이 듭니다 🧐
노트: 시큼한, 펑키, 허브, 포도 껍질, 상쾌함, 그리고 과일.

So happy this brewery has opened. I hope they make a lot of wild ales. Korea really needs a bigger presence with wild ales especially considering the history of Korean traditional alcohol.
Notes: sour, funky, herbal, grapes, crisp and fruity.
