Festival 축제 - 7.5% 15 IBU Saison from @whasoobrewery Found @whasoobrewery_seoul - 우리는 서울 동북부에 위치한 화수의 첫 번째 프랜차이즈에 갈 기회를 가졌습니다. 그 지역에 탭하우스들이 더 필요해요. 우리는 꽤 많은 맥주를 시음했지만, 내가 가장 좋아하는 것 중 하나는 그들의 세종을 이었어요. 세종은 매우 다양할 수 있고 한국 양조장에서 만든 좋은 것을 많이 본 적이 없어요. 그래서 저는 이 맥주를 보고 꽤 놀랐어요. 그리고 선외 가작은 니트로 바닐라 스타우트예요. 노트: 향신료, 연한, 청량감, 그리고 균형 잡힌. - We had a chance to go to Whasoo’s first franchise located in northeastern Seoul which is sorely lacking in quality beer options. We sampled quite a few beers, but one of my favorites was their saison. Saisons can vary a lot, and I haven’t seen many good ones made by Korean breweries. So I was quite surprised by this. And an honorable mention goes to the vanilla stout on nitro. Notes: spiced, light, refreshing, and balanced.
