홉과 과일의 발란스를 이룬 프룻 ipa는 이번에 처음 시도합니다만
일반 프룻 사워나 사워 IPA를 만들었으면 더 좋았을것 같은데… 라고 개인적으로 생각이 드네요. - This was an incredibly delicious beer. It’s packed full of well-balanced fruit with a sour taste. That being said I didn’t really taste the hops. I think the fruit overpowered the taste of hops.
In fact I don’t think I’ve tried a fruited IPA that balances the hops and fruit. I think just a fruited sour or sour IPA is better to make. Notes: blood orange, black currant, blackberry, tart, and juicy.
