[Whisky Water Source - Bar in Philippines]: Raging Bull Bar

[#whiskyphWaterSource - Bar] Raging Bull Bar

This is an amazing place to get a mean cocktail in Metro Manila.

Located at the Shangri-La Fort Hotel of Bonifacio Global City, Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar is best known as a place to enjoy exceptional cuts of delicious steak in a gorgeous 20s inspired restaurant.

It would be a shame if anyone ever missed out on Raging Bull's great bar.

The restaurant's drink menu already offers an extensive list of American Whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch (from each Scottish whisky region), and Taiwanese Whisky. They even offer their own house barrel aged Raging Bull Bourbon. But the bar itself offers many brilliant off-menu bottles.

The bartenders are also extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgable about the whiskies on offer.

In one of my visits I chatted up one kind bartender talking all things whisky. The bartender saw that I was curious about some of their off-menu bottles. The bartender then let me have a free wee taste of the Octomotre 8.1 and Nikka Yoichi 12 to help me make up my mind on what to get. Both drams were of course amazing!

But where Raging Bull Bar truly shines is in its creative cocktails. Bourbon-forward, the tasty cocktails really bring out the flavors of the whiskey. My favorites include the no-nonsense, Boulevardier and the brilliantly smoky concoction that they call a Cowboy Old Fashioned.

I love this place. Can't wait for my next visit. Cheers! 🥃
