It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)
Flaming Rum Punch
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz. aged Jamaican rum
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. ruby port
- 1/2 oz. orgeat
- 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
- 3/4 oz. overproof Jamaican rum
- Garnish: ground cinnamon
1. Combine the first six ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake to chill, strain into an ice-filled glass.
2. Top with overproof rum, and ignite with a match. Sprinkle ground cinnamon into the flame for a garnish.
