The Gibson
- 2 1/2 oz gin or vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- Garnish: cocktail onion
Add the gin (or vodka) and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail onion.
