What happens when you age a Lemongrass infused gin for 8 months? Well apparently it starts to taste a bit more like a botanical infused rum. This banana and Sichuan peppercorn negroni brings together the funky fruity flavors of baijiu, the classic bitterness of campari, and a bit of mouth tingling spice.⁣

  • Ming River Baijiu
  • Lemongrass infused Bombay Sapphire Gin⁣
  • Campari
  • Lustau Fino Sherry⁣
  • Giffard Banana Du Bresil ⁣
  • Green Sichuan Peppercorn Tincture⁣
  • Cardamom Bitters

 

Stir briefly, pour over ice, garnish with expressed lime twist. ⁣
