This banana and Sichuan peppercorn negroni brings together the funky fruity flavors of baijiu, the classic bitterness of campari, and a bit of mouth tingling spice.
- Ming River Baijiu
- Lemongrass infused Bombay Sapphire Gin
- Campari
- Lustau Fino Sherry
- Giffard Banana Du Bresil
- Green Sichuan Peppercorn Tincture
- Cardamom Bitters
Stir briefly, pour over ice, garnish with expressed lime twist.
