A Very Rayna Christmas 2 oz @bols_genever .75 oz lemon juice .25 grapefruit juice .75 oz Cranberry Rosemary syrup .5 oz @calpico.usa Calpis 1 dash @angosturahouse bitters 1 dash cranberry bitters shake all. strain into a coupe. garnish with slapped Rosemary sprig Named this one after my gf because she loved it. Thought the Rosemary went really nicely with the genver and the citrus. Calpis/Calpico is a Japanese soft drink that is sorta like watered down yogurt/milk and also comes in powdered and carbonated varieties. Sounds super weird and it is, but it's a really interesting ingredient to mess around with and I think it worked great here with the citrus and cranberry tartness.
