.25 grapefruit juice⁣

.75 oz Cranberry Rosemary syrup⁣
⁣
.5 oz @calpico.usa Calpis ⁣
1 dash @angosturahouse bitters⁣
⁣
1 dash cranberry bitters⁣
⁣
shake all. strain into a coupe. garnish with slapped Rosemary sprig⁣

Named this one after my gf because she loved it. Thought the Rosemary went really nicely with the genver and the citrus.⁣

Calpis/Calpico is a Japanese soft drink that is sorta like watered down yogurt/milk and also comes in powdered and carbonated varieties. Sounds super weird and it is, but it's a really interesting ingredient to mess around with and I think it worked great here with the citrus and cranberry tartness. ⁣
