One final recipe to close out 2021. This one’s for you, Betty White.

- 2 parts Wild Turkey 101
- 1/2 part St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 1 egg white
- 1 part Demerara syrup
- 1 part blood orange juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Ale-8-One

Combine spirits, egg white, syrup, and blood orange juice in shaker, shake dry. Add ice, shake violently. Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Top with Ale-8, then float one dash of Angostura bitters across the top. Garnish with orange peel twist.
