Brandy Alexander:
A classic dessert cocktail. Typically the cream is shaken with the other ingredients and the drink is garnished with fresh nutmeg. I chose to adopt the layering method from @theeducatedbarfly Leandro DiMonriva. I highly recommend it.

1.5oz COGNAC (@e_and_jcognac)
1oz DARK CRÈME DE CACAO #MrStacks
1oz HEAVY CREAM

•Combine cognac and crème de cacao and stir
•Strain into chilled coupe
•Add cream and the coil from your Hawthorne strainer to a squirt bottle and shake vigorously to whip
•Layer the now whipped cream on top
