The Caipirinha is the national drink of Brazil. The spirit in this drink is Cachaça, a Brazilian rum, which thankfully is not too difficult to find. Some recipes call for brown sugar but I prefer cane. Trust me, you’ll want to make this drink during a hot summer day. It is incredibly refreshing. ————— 2oz CACHAÇA (@liveloveleblon) 4 LIME WEDGES 1tbsp SUGAR ————— •Place lime wedges in shaker peel side down •Add sugar and lightly muddle •Add Cachaça and crushed ice, shake for 10 seconds •Open pour into rocks glass •Add crushed ice •Garnish with lime wedge
