2 oz chamomile infused @peddlersgin

.75oz lemon juice⁣
⁣
.75 oz Manuka honey syrup⁣
⁣
4 drops chamomile tincture⁣
⁣
2 drops Szechuan peppercorn tincture⁣

shake and strain. serve up. garnish with Bee pollen and/or a piece of honeycomb⁣

This is a bees knees using Peddlers gin, a Chinese made gin that uses Szechuan peppercorn as a botanical. I started with the basic bees knees and decided to up the peppercorn flavor and add something floral with the chamomile. I got the recipe for the chamomile tincture from the super talented @professional_lush and it turned out excellent. ⁣

Im not in love with the honeycomb garnish, but I was pretty happy to capture that honey drip so I'm posting it even though I prefer the look without the honeycomb. I took the name from a lyric by Childish Gambino. ⁣
