This unapologetically citrus forward cocktail was created by Paul Harrington. It's a great way to ease into Campari if a Negroni is too intense a starting point.⁣⁣

Harrington named this twist on the Pegu Club after his friend Matt Jasmin. Upon his first sip, Jasmin supposedly said "wow that's good. you've just invented grapefruit juice." Years later, after including this recipe in a cocktail book, Harrington realized he had been spelling his friends name incorrectly, adding an E. ⁣
