Heres another Jungle Bird variation.
1.5 oz Smith and Cross
.75 oz Campari
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 bar spoon cinnamon syrup
shake, strain, top with 2 oz tepache. garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and slapped mint
I subbed the tepache instead of pineapple juice and grand marnier with a bar spoon of cinnamon simple instead of plain old simple. Super happy with this drink and this batch of tepache. it's sweet, light, and refreshing with just a little funkiness to it. Special thanks to my girlfriend and her mom for the fresh homegrown mint!
