1.5 oz ransom old tom gin
1.5 pear juice, preferably Asian pear
0.25 pamplemousse liqueur, preferably giffard
0.25 lemon juice
0.25 honey, preferably astor apiaries blueberry blossom
2 club soda, preferably Q
3 dash angostura
Pinch of salt
Garnish with pear fan
