Martini
How do you like your Martini? It's such a great drink because it starts a conversation. There's so many small decisions to be made which when added up lead to a completely different drink.
This one is made using Kinobi Gin from Kyoto Distillery and dry vermouth with a lemon twist.
Another fun fact, James Bond popularized the shaken martini, but the proper method is to stir. #007 liked his drinks in very large servings and very diluted, so he ordered his martinis in a double portion and shaken so it was more watered down. That way he could blend in with the other drinkers at a bar or casino without getting too drunk or wasting time ordering a drink every 40 minutes. It was spycraft not craft cocktails.
PS. I made a lemon rose and it actually turned out nice. It's NBD but I'm proud.
