Martini

This is the classic, and my favorite, martini. You can order it dirty (olives) or with a (lemon) twist. Either way it is a lovely drink.

2.5oz GIN (@plymouthgin)
1oz DRY VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and stir 40 rotations
•Strain into chilled martini glass
•Garnish with lemon twist or olives
