Oolong Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Oolong Tea Infused Rye Whiskey
- .75 oz Fig and Vanilla Syrup
- 1/2 Barspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Stir, express orange or lemon peel over glass and garnish with a quarter fresh fig.
The fig and vanilla syrup came out less sweet than I expected so I used a bit more than I usually would in a traditional old fashioned. the balsamic adds a little acidic punch without the need to shake and I love balsamic vinegar.
