stir, strain over a rock, garnish with expressed orange twist. ⁣
⁣
Peddlers is a great gin made here in Shanghai which features lotus, Buddhas hand, and Szechuan peppercorn in its list of botanicals. ⁣

I've used it in a few other drinks I've made, but this might be the best use of Peddlers I've found yet. The tingling effect of the peppercorn cuts through the bitterness of the campari making for a unique version of the classic. ⁣

This is probably the last drink I'll post for a while so I'm glad it's such a pretty and delicious one. I was in the middle of moving into a new apartment when this corona virus thing started and now I'm juggling the move with potentially leaving Shanghai temporarily. So looks like cocktails will be on the backburner for a while. ⁣
