Pegu Club:
Named after the NYC bar it was invented in, the Pegu Club is kind of like a gin margarita. Usually it doesn’t call for a garnish but I decided to do one anyway for the gram.

3/4oz PIERRE FERRAND CURAÇAO
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
1 dash ORANGE BITTERS

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled coupe
