Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita 2oz @olmecatequila Altos Blanco 1 oz fresh Pineapple juice .75 oz fresh lime juice .75 oz @cointreau Slice off a coin shaped piece of jalapeno and remove the seeds. Lightly muddle it in the shaker with the juices. Shake all ingredients and strain over ice. garnish with pineapple, lime, or jalapeno. Pretty simple Margarita with added pineapple juice. It's another drink that's really solid on a sunny day. Wish it was hotter out but whatever. I think this would be dope with a Tajin rim but I didn't have any.
