.75 oz fresh lemon juice⁣⁣
⁣⁣
.75 oz fresh pineapple juice⁣⁣
⁣⁣
.75 oz @liberandco orgeat⁣⁣
⁣⁣
6 dashes @angosturahouse bitters⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Shake all except the bitters, strain over crushed ice, float bitters and garnish with a pineapple slice or pineapple leaves. ⁣⁣

This rye riff on the classic Mai Tai was created by Nick Brown of @thespaniardnyc . If you like tiki but want something other than rum, give this a shot. I've been lucky with finding Liber & Co Orgeat at my local grocery store so I haven't had to make my own since I've come back to the states. ⁣⁣
