Shrub 'N Tug

1.5 oz Reposado Tequila (Espolon Tequila)

.75 oz Suze 

.75 oz grapefruit juice

.5 oz homemade Blueberry shrub

.25 oz lemon juice

Absinthe rinse or 1 bar spoon absinthe mixed in. Garnish with fresh or dehydrated grapefruit and dehydrated fennel sprig

I made a shrub and wanted to mess around with it.  I love the combination of tequila and suze so I started there and added the shrub for sweetness. Tequila, gentian, and grapefruit together taste so good i assume that somewhere in the Bible it's forbidden. Then I added a little lemon because I wanted it a little more sour.
