A Daiquiri is a chance to showcase rum, and with a rum like this how could you not show off? Smith and Cross is a strong, funky Jamaican pot still rum that absolutely rocks. Drink it neat, drink it in a tiki drink, drink it in a Kingston negroni or a daiquiri. There's no bad way to drink this rum.
