.75 oz @giuliococchi Vermouth Di Torino
.75 @campariofficial
2 dashes @scrappysbitters chocolate bitters
Stir, pour over ice, garnish with 2 brandied cherries.
The Left Hand is another great drink by Sam Ross in the style of a boulevardier. The original calls for Elijah Craig 12 year and Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters but I didn't have either on hand. The final product is one half of a themed two cocktail pair. The other is the Right Hand which I'll be making later this week.
