This variation of the Last Word was created by Aussie bartender Sam Ross in 2007 as a shout out to M.I.A's hit song of the same name. The drink is tart, herbal, and slightly bitter. ⁣

Haven't posted as frequently of late as I was on vacation in the states and now prepping to move to Shanghai. Hopefully I'll get back in a groove and have more drinks to share soon. Also if anyone knows a cocktail bar in Shanghai that's hiring lmk. ⁣
