Two Blueberry Cocktails: The Blueberry Collins & The Blueberry Gin Sour

The Blueberry Collins

  • 1.5oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz homemade blueberry simple syrup

Shake and strain into a Collins glass, top with soda and garnish with blueberries/lemon twist.

The Blueberry Gin Sour

  • 2oz Gin (Beefeater is amazing for almost every cocktail)
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • .75oz homemade blueberry simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white


Reverse dry shake, garnish with blueberries or a lemon twist.
