Vieux Carré:

Created in 1938 by Walter Bergeron at what is now the Carousel Bar in New Orleans. This drink is surprisingly sweet considering it is all booze. It coats your mouth with delicious flavors. A great spirit-forward, and worth investing in Benedictine for. Serve it up or on a large rock.

3/4oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/2oz BENEDICTINE (@benedictineliqueur)
2 dashes PEYCHAUD’S BITTERS (@peychaudsaperitivo)
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BUTTERS (@angosturahouse)
