White Negroni:
This drink was created in 2001 by mixologist Wayne Collins in France, though it gained its popularity years later as part of the menu at the Pegu Club. This is one I’ve been wanting to try for a long time but I haven’t wanted to spend the money on a bottle of Suze. I finally did it. This is getting really expensive. A warning for those who think Campari is too bitter…you may not like this one.
