New Cocktail Bar Casper Takes Form in Singapore’s Duxton Hill, Featuring Immersive Cocktails and Music
Casper, a new immersive hospitality experience, has now opened its doors in Duxton Hill, with a concept rooted in art and a collection that rotates and evolves in phases as a reflection of their ongoing commitment to growth and creativity.
“We call ourselves Casper because, like ghosts, we’re masters of survival—always adapting, changing shape, and sneaking into new spaces. Who says ghosts can’t have fun?” says Co-Founder Lee Rosli, “In the ever-changing F&B scene of Singapore, we’ll survive it all, no matter what form it takes!”

When it comes to drinks, Casper’s offerings prioritise flavour over the base spirit. The cocktails are simple, clean, and minimalist in presentation, each named for their core flavour profile. From the savoury Tomato (Volcan Blanco, tomato, tomato acid, Ancho Reyes Poblano) and Mushroom (Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Lost Explorer Espadin, mushroom, beef, citrus) to indulgent dessert style drinks such as the Dates (Lark Chinotto, Mr Black Coffee, Milk, Dates, Choco) and Cake (Belvedere Vodka, gin, sponge cake, whey, citrus), the creative and culinary-driven menu spans a wide range of flavours and ingredients.
Rotating pickleback juices add a fun twist to the menu, alongside other side quests including Guinness and Highballs to switch it up from the signature cocktails. For food, Casper offers a selection of stacked sandwiches to accompany the drinks.
Music also plays a big role in the experience, helmed by a resident DJ who curates a range of sounds, with a strong focus on house music—from tech to Afro. They’ll also be hosting regular programming such as the signature “Frequency Nights,” held on the second last Thursday of each month, dedicated to deep rhythms and good energy.
