tldr; super beautiful interiors!!! we visited this place on a wednesday night and there were only 4-5 couples around? overall a quiet little place to chill with a glass of booze!

va’a tele 1848 ($25):
- bacardi oakheart rum, clairin communal rum, pineapple, vanilla, citrus
- tastes just like a birthday cake! probably because of the intense amount of vanilla
- i caught a scent of berries but it’s not in the ingredients…?
- 7.5/10

peranakan old fashioned ($22):
- mount gay xo rum, gula melaka, pandan, cinnamon, nutmeg, angostura bitters
- rum is a rly twist to old fashioned drinks!
- it has got a nice caramelised flavour to it because of rum’s nature
- burnt cinnamon smell was v strong! but good to havee
- 8/10
