Worth A Shot: KOMA Bar Review

📍KOMA

It’s always a different kind of happiness when the cocktails at somewhere other than a bar are memorable!

KOMA at Marina Bay Sands is such a treat for all senses, which is why, even though getting a reservation here may not be the easiest, its definitely worth the wait! It’s as much of a place for strong cocktail lovers as it is for lovers of meat, and Japanese cuisine

Here’s what we ordered:

🥂 Koma Canary: Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin, Lemon Juice, Saffron Syrup.

A citrusy and fairly strong drink to start a meal with, but complements KOMA’s meaty dishes especially well! The latter is probably why its best that the drink is savoured, and sipped on throughout - like a palate cleanser

🥂 Koma Phoenix: Ocho Tequila Blanco, Chilli, Umeshu, Lime juice.

(Been a bit biased towards chilli-based cocktails lately) Although it’s strong, the Umeshu and Lime juice counterbalance the Tequila and Chilli quite well, so unlike Koma Canary, its almost impossible to savour this drink!
