No. 5 Emerald Hill is quite literally Orchard Road’s hidden gem.

It’s a dimly lit bar that offers an extensive selection of 1-for-1 martini’s of every colour, and for every tastebud! Love how well the bar retains the Peranakan architecture and history of the building that it is located in, and as the music picks up through the night, the laid back and energetic ambience makes it the perfect location to kick off a weekend!

Here’s what we ordered:

🥂 Jello Martini

A pleasantly surprising concept that did not dissapoint! Contrary to what the name suggests, the martini was relatively strong, but the fine jello pieces gave the drink a smooth texture.

🥂 Mango Martini: Reyka Vodka, Fresh Mango

Though the freshness of the mango was undeniable, it did end up being a bit sweeter than expected. Nonetheless, it was an easy smoothie-like cocktail that served as a fitting dessert-esque martini to end the night with.
