Republic Bar
Republic showcases an extensive cocktail menu devoted to a narrative of historical anecdotes originating from Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Italy. While the decade of the 60s was marked by cultural and social revolution, it saw the rise of style icons and the legends of rock music, as well as the international jet set, which led to a sophisticated era for cocktailing.
The Republic bar concept pays homage to this era where freedom, expression and individuality were celebrated, with a cocktail menu that showcases flavours, ingredients and sensations inspired by the influential hallmarks of the 1960s, and around four cultural epicentres of importance and meaningful change.

No Sleep Club
Top-notch drinks, great food, cool vibes, a stellar team – No Sleep Club has it all. From its beginnings as a tiny pop-up on Singapore’s Club Street to its current location on the ever-bustling Keong Saik Road, the bar has gone from strength to strength. After winning the Campari One To Watch Award in 2020, it followed up with the Disaronno Highest New Entry Award in 2021 and now consolidates its position in the top 20 of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022. This success is hardly surprising when you consider that it’s owned by Juan Yi Jun, who ran the show at Operation Dagger, and Jessica ‘Hutch’ Hutchinson, the front-of-house doyenne formerly of 28 HongKong Street as well as EC Proof.
The all-day concept welcomes guests for coffee, snacks, one of the best tequila-based Espresso Martinis around as well as a banging Reverse Harvard. Add some of the fried prawns, the Wagyu tartare and perhaps peruse the well-curated wine list if you are so inclined, or join the team for the very popular Sunday roast. Either way, make sure to book and a good time is guaranteed.

Sago House
In this era of million-dollar builds, veteran industry hands came together to open a venue that focuses on hospitality and community.
Following their motto “Don’t Try” (C. Bukowski), they chose reusability, up-cycling, and good old fashioned hustle to build an eclectic space hidden away on the top level of a Sago Street shophouse.
The program features a weekly rotating menu of cocktails created from produce found in the locality along with some simple tasty bites.
Sago House also hosts regular hospitality workers education sessions, creating a safe space for industry to discuss issues that affect them, as well as sharing the process of building a venue independently.
