📍Jungle Ballroom
With all the new cocktail bars popping up around the city, Jungle Ballroom thematically soars above the rest! Adrian Besa (of MO Bar) once again captures lightning in a bottle, but this time by recreating the feeling of being in a peaceful hidden sanctuary in Duxton Hill.
The menu here is tastefully sectioned according to the depths of a jungle (from the canopy to the forest floor) and the drinks in each section tie neatly into characteristics of this jungle. Each cocktail that we ordered here was incredibly smooth, well-blended, and incorporated a extensive range of Southeast Asian flavours.
We loved the use of colourful and unique glasses for each drink which elevated the overall experience. One of these drinks also came with an origami challenge which added a super fun and personal touch to our experience here!
Overall, Jungle Ballroom definitely takes the cocktail experience a notch higher, right from conceptualisation to execution, and it’s such a delight to see new bars consistently making creativity seem so easy!
Here’s what we ordered:
🥂The Fox’s Trot: Aged Rum, Spiced Pear, Banana Skin, Malacca Spice Bitters

🥂How Doth The Little Crocodile: London Dry Gin, Mezcal, Lime, Basil, Pink Dragon Fruit, Bitters, Gula Melaka, Origami
