In celebration of the 2023 edition of the Spirit of Speyside Festival, Craigellachie is releasing a new 18 Year Old Double Cask Saint Emilion Red Wine Finish as part of its Exceptional Cask Series.
Previously the distillery has released a 39 Year Old 1980 Refill Bourbon Hogshead matured expression as well as a 17 Years Old 1999 Palo Cortado cask matured expression.
Official Tasting Notes
Crème caramel and cocoa are balanced with a delicate fruity base of pineapple and blackcurrants, with an aromatic nuance of orange peel and black pepper. The distillery's signature pineapple note is ever present.
The new 18 Year Old expression will be made available at the distillery, as well as at the Aberfeldy Distillery, or online at shop.dewars.com
