Crown Royal has unveiled a new chocolate flavored whisky that will join it's famed flavored selection.

The new expression is said to offer a rich chocolate flavor with a velvety finish. On the nose, it boasts notes of vanilla, creamy chocolate, and oak. The palate should bring out notes of caramel and toffee, with a finish of Crown Royal's characteristic dark cacao.

The brand recommends using this whisky in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, or Coquito. It also suggests pairing it with unexpected mixers such as grapefruit juice, cola, and lemonade.

The new expression will be available for a limited time across the U.S. for US$26.99.
