Four Pillars Launches Bloody Pinot Noir Gin, A Sister to Bloody Shiraz Gin

Four Pillars Distillery is back with another bloody delicious bloody gin. This time, it's the new Bloody Pinot Noir Gin.

The Australian-based distillery's Bloody Pinot Noir Gin was made with hard-to-get Pinot Noir grapes, and can be considered to be a sister product to the brand's cult expression Bloody Shiraz Gin. The Bloody Shiraz Gin (click to read our review of this expression!) was initially launched eight years ago to huge popularity, and features the Four Pillars classic Rare Dry Gin steeped in shiraz grapes sourced from the Yarra Valley. The new Bloody Pinot Noir is likely to be made with similar methods.

According to the brand, while Bloody Shiraz Gin shows a deeper, richer colour with peppery spice and dense raspberry notes, the Bloody Pinot Noir is slated to be lighter and softer with more pronounced gin character and aromas of strawberries and cherries.

The new Bloody Pinot Noir Gin will be launching on 1st June 2023 exclusively to Dan Murphy's and online subscribers, and will be a limited release run. Customers can sign up to receive an email about the Bloody Pinot Noir Gin when it's out here.
