Hendrick's Gin is pulling out a new release from its Cabinet of Curiosities series, this time gifting us a whole bouquet of flowers with the new Hendrick's Gin Flora Adora.

"Flora Adora is an enticing floral bouquet with a fresh herbal character that lengthens the classic juniper and coriander of Hendrick’s with lush green and wonderfully deep, sweet floral characteristics.”

The bright botanical spirit joins expressions such as Orbium, Neptunia, Lunar, Amazonia and more in the series that focuses on the gin-maker's experiments at their Gin Palace in Girvan, Scotland.

The new expression is inspired by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie's love of gardening and is said to evoke a blooming springtime garden with herbaceous flavors on the palate and floral notes on the finish. While the exact recipe is a secret, we're told that the expression "starts with a base of Hendrick’s Gin — 11 dried botanicals distilled in two dissimilar stills and consummated with rose and cucumber — then additional botanicals are layered on top, pushing the round Hendrick's house style in a slightly different dimension flavor-wise."

The new Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin expression (43.4% ABV) is available in March 2023 at US$39.99.

The brand recommends enjoying the gin with simply sparkling water or using it for a Wildgarden Cup - a medley of fresh mint, cooling cucumber, and juicy raspberries, lengthened with sparkling water.
